I am a Registered Midwife who has worked across both the Central Coast and Hunter New England Districts over the last 5 years. I live a very busy lifestyle, juggling my career, social life and hobbies, as well as currently studying my Masters in Midwifery.
I started my fitness journey 8 years ago when I first joined my local gym, and since then my relationship with the gym has developed greatly. Working out has been my way of practicing self-care; a way to de-stress and re-focus on my goals. I have expanded my training to include elements of Bodybuilding, Powerlifting and Crossfit, so that I am always challenging myself and pushing my limit.

My favourite training day would definitely have to be chest day along side legs.
My favourite choice of music for training depends on what I am training that day but at the moment my pump up song has been : IT GIRL / a bit of Russian techno.
My favourite pre workout is disorder ( pink bits ) and a spoon of honey
My favourite supplement: definitely lean whey protein powder ( chocolate malt flavour )

I’m an amateur bodybuilder & coach- Coaching by JC/Team CBJC. I am extremely passionate about the sport of bodybuilding & everything it brings. I love chasing my own goals just as much as i like pushing & helping others to reach their own.
I started training at 18 as i was a very undersized (53kg) and needed to be stronger in order to move forward into first grade as a soccer player. Very quickly i feel in love with body building, specifically old school bodybuilding. I now wake up with a purpose every day and love every moment that bodybuilding brings me.

My name is Par. I am 20 years old.
I am currently prepping for my FMG Wellness Debut ‘25.
My fitness journey started in 2019 but it wasn’t until 2022 that i truly committed. I was very lost, insecure & didn’t have much knowledge on anything health & fitness related. I would participate in group fitness classes as I felt too intimidated to go do my own thing.
I decided to step outside my comfort zone and invest in myself by signing up to a new local gym. Best decision ever. Now, looking back at how far I’ve come it has shown me that if you truly want something, go for it. You’re never gonna change until you make a constant effort to change. Make yourself proud.

Fav music: anything to do with rap/remix
My Fav Pre: Nexus Per4m & Ghost cans

The main reason I started training 15 years ago, was I had to gain strength and muscle so I was able to join the special forces. During this time I fell in love with training, I still to this day remember my first ever pump. I loved this feeling and I have chased it ever since. I eventually came across the famous Arnold Schwarzenegger and being so inspired by him and all his success in bodybuilding.
I soon changed my outlook on life and thought there was more to life then joining the special forces. So I stuck to body building, which has brought me to where I am today. My physique has changed so much over the years from being consistent and staying on track with diet and training.
Fav training day: A big leg session
Fav training music: A mix of phonk/metal and rock

I’m a huge fan of basketball, a passionate Philly 76ers fan. Believes Lebron James is the goat. I played basketball for NSW, and played NBL1 for Newcastle, after injuring my knee I fell in love with lifting and the flexibility. I then decided to compete in bodybuilding because I missed the competitive feeling of going up against other competitors
I am currently studying a bachelor degree of nursing, I’ve traveled and lived in the snow in Australia, and lived on Hamilton island for 6 months.

Jack Sawyer
My name is Jack Sawyer but others know me as Jack3dmemes.
I first started training when I was 15, I really enjoyed my AFL and I saw weight training as a way to improve myself as a player.
However after a couple short years I found myself enjoying lifting weights a lot more than actually playing footy. I did my first novice Powerlifting comp in 2018 and the rest is history.
My favourite training day is of course bench day.
My go to music is AC/DC unless I’m attempting something stupid heavy in that case Slipknot is my choice.
My preworkout of choice: Nexus PER4M
My Favourite Supplement: Faction Labs Core 9 (Amino Acid)

My name is a Jack, a 24 y/o bodybuilder and hobbyist.
I have been training for 10 years both, weight training and bodybuilding I am still very much in love with the sport and what it does for me. It all started with a need to get bigger for footy which quickly turned into and addiction for preworkouts and pumps. For me, this sport is all about surpassing limits and continuous growth and development of the mind a body. Competing in body building allows to push my self mentally and physically with the ears of pushing new limits and understanding what my body is capable of when put under extreme stress.
Favourite Training Day: Leg Day
Music of choice in the gym: Heavy Metal
Favourite Preworkout: Magic Pre
